Role Overview
We are hiring experienced Site Supervisors to manage on-ground execution of civil works. The role requires close supervision of labour, coordination with site engineers, and ensuring quality and timely completion of daily site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site work and ensure execution as per instructions and drawings
- Manage and monitor labour teams and subcontractors on-site
- Ensure work is carried out as per quality standards and specifications
- Track daily progress and report to Site Engineer / Project Manager
- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage
- Maintain site discipline, safety practices, and housekeeping
- Coordinate for timely availability of materials and tools
- Assist in measurements and basic quantity tracking
- Identify site issues and escalate when required
Key Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / relevant experience in civil construction
- 0-5 years of hands-on site supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of basic construction practices (RCC, masonry, finishing works)
- Ability to handle labour teams effectively
- Practical understanding of site drawings and execution sequence
- Basic communication skills (Telugu/Hindi preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial projects
- Exposure to finishing works (tiling, plastering, painting)
- Strong problem-solving ability at site level
- Discipline and accountability in execution
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,908.80 - ₹28,993.10 per month
