We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Secretary who can also handle social media management, client communication, and basic sales coordination. The ideal candidate should be good at multitasking, communication, and managing day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle client calls, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
- Assist in closing deals and coordinating with clients
- Manage and grow company social media accounts
- Find and maintain potential client data/leads
- Maintain records, reports, and communication logs
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth workflow
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client handling, calling, and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of sales and deal closing
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to find and manage lead data / potential clients
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
Experience Required:
1–3 years (preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,650.46 per month
