Key Responsibilities
- Develop RPA workflows and bots using UiPath Studio based on approved design documents
- Configure and manage processes within UiPath Orchestrator
- Conduct unit testing and support UAT for developed automations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing bots
- Maintain documentation for developed solutions
Required Skills
- Hands-on development experience with UiPath Studio
- Working knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management and scheduling
- Understanding of RPA best practices and exception handling
- Basic understanding of the automation development lifecycle
- Good communication skills for coordinating with the solution architect and internal team

- UiPath RPA Associate certification
Ideal Candidate1Strong UiPath RPA Developer Profile with hands-on Studio and Orchestrator experience2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath3Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience developing RPA workflows and bots using UiPath Studio based on approved design documents.4Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have an understanding of the automation development lifecycle and experience maintaining solution documentation5Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have working knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management and scheduling.6Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have a strong understanding of RPA best practices and exception handling.7Mandatory (Tech skill 3): Must have experience conducting unit testing and supporting UAT for developed automations.8Mandatory (Tech skill 4): Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing bots.9Mandatory (Note): A joining bonus of 10–20% is on offer for candidates who can join early — prioritise candidates who can join immediately and highlight this benefit during outreach.10Preferred (Certification): UiPath RPA Associate certification11Preferred (Framework): Exposure to REFramework.
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
