Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our architectural design and project execution team. The candidate will assist in preparing drawings, developing design concepts, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring architectural work is completed as per project requirements and standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Architects in developing architectural concepts and designs.
- Prepare 2D architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Develop and modify drawings based on project requirements and design changes.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, material specifications, and quantity estimates when required.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other project consultants.
- Participate in site visits and monitor architectural work against approved drawings.
- Identify design or execution issues at site and report them to the Senior Architect.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable building codes, and standards.
- Assist in preparing presentations, 3D views, and design proposals.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams regarding architectural requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned drawings and design deliverables.
- Support the team in resolving technical and design-related issues during project execution.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / 3D software will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of architectural planning and construction details.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- Good drawing and visualization skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in architectural design/project execution.
- Fresh graduates with good technical and software skills may also be considered.

Preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
