Screen and assess candidates based on technical and business requirements.

Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.

Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring priorities and timelines.

Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS updates regularly.

Provide market intelligence, salary trends, and hiring insights to stakeholders.

7+ years of experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends.

Expertise in sourcing through Boolean search, LinkedIn, and passive talent channels.
