Avillion Farms is a luxury real-estate development company focused on premium farmhouses, villas and nature-centric residential projects. We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsman / 2D–3D Visualizer to join our Bangalore-based design team.
Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D architectural drawings, detailed construction drawings and 3D visualizations for luxury farmhouse and residential projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong architectural background, excellent AutoCAD skills and the ability to convert design concepts into detailed drawings and realistic 3D presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections and detailed architectural drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings and construction details.
- Develop roof plans, roof edges, parapet, terrace and related architectural details.
- Prepare architectural details based on site requirements and design concepts.
- Create 3D models and architectural visualizations for residential and farmhouse projects.
- Develop interior and exterior 3D views as required.
- Prepare realistic renders, walkthroughs and presentation visuals.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants and site teams.
- Make revisions based on design and site requirements.
- Ensure drawings follow project standards, dimensions and architectural detailing requirements.
- Support the design team with presentations, material references and visual documentation.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD – Strong proficiency
- 2D Architectural Drafting
- 3D Modelling & Visualization
- SketchUp / Google SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape / D5 Render
- Knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage
- Strong understanding of architectural plans, elevations and sections
- Good knowledge of construction and architectural detailing
- Ability to understand feet & inch measurements
- Good coordination and communication skills
Qualification
B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory
Candidates with strong architectural drafting and 3D visualization experience will be preferred.
