Esthète Creations is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Creative Visualiser to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in graphic design, social media content, visual storytelling and AI-powered creative tools. You will work closely with our creative and content teams to develop engaging visual content for brands across different industries.
Freshers with a good creative eye and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Create creative designs for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Design social media posts, carousels, advertisements and campaign creatives.
- Assist in creating and editing short-form videos and Reels.
- Convert creative concepts and content ideas into visual designs.
- Assist in creating AI-generated images and videos using various AI tools.
- Develop visual references, moodboards and creative concepts.
- Adapt designs and videos according to different brands and campaign requirements.
- Work closely with the creative, content and marketing teams.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, design trends, AI tools and visual content formats.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or candidate with 0–1 year of experience in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia, animation or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles such as typography, colour, composition and layout.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of video editing is an advantage.
- Interest in AI tools for image and video generation.
- Good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to experiment with new ideas.
- Willingness to learn new software, tools and creative techniques.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of any of the following will be an added advantage:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Figma
- Canva
- CapCut
- AI creative tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling or similar platforms.
Education
Degree, diploma or certification in:
- Graphic Design
- Visual Communication
- Multimedia
- Animation
- Fine Arts
- Advertising
- Media
- or a related field
Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong creative skills are also welcome to apply.
Portfolio
Candidates are encouraged to share a portfolio or examples of their work.
College projects, personal projects, social media designs, video edits, photography, illustrations or AI-generated creative work can be included.
