Job Summary
The Project Manager will lead corporate office interior fit-out projects from concept to handover. This role requires managing site execution, maintaining quality, controlling budgets, and meeting tight deadlines. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in executing high-end commercial office interiors.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Define Project Scope: Formulate execution schedules, resource requirements, and milestone trackers.
- Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, civil work, MEP installation, and finishing quality.
- Vendor Management: Supervise contractors, carpenters, MEP vendors, and specialized modular furniture suppliers .
- Material Procurement: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely arrival of finishing materials.
Cost & Quality Control
- Budget Tracking: Monitor project expenses against the approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to prevent cost overruns.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality checks for premium finishes, acoustic glazing, networking, and HVAC systems.
- Snagging: Identify, document, and resolve snags before final handover.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Client Interface: Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, providing weekly progress updates.
- Design Alignment: Collaborate with architects and interior designers to resolve on-site execution mismatches.
- Statutory Approvals: Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety norms, and society guidelines.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
