Job Summary:
The Operation Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of operations, business development, client servicing, manpower planning, and financial performance. The role focuses on ensuring smooth service delivery, achieving revenue targets, maintaining client satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client & Business Development
Develop and expand business with existing clients.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through references and market outreach.
Focus on high-margin facility services to improve profitability.
Support supervisors in expanding business within assigned regions.
Prepare and submit service quotations and proposals.
Liaise with government authorities and stakeholders for new contracts and smooth mobilization.
2. Operations Management
Oversee daily operations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Plan and organize operational activities across all sites.
Monitor operations through regular site visits and reporting.
Review daily reports from team members and submit updates to HOD.
Manage site operations and supervise field staff and supervisors.
Coordinate with admin, field teams, and outstation staff.
Work closely with HR, Finance, and Admin departments for seamless operations.
Participate in job fairs and conduct surveys for potential business opportunities.
3. Billing & Financial Operations
Achieve monthly billing and revenue targets.
Ensure timely preparation, submission, and follow-up of invoices.
Collect certified attendance records from clients for billing purposes.
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery.
Track EMD recoveries and ensure compliance with payment terms.
Prepare and analyze billing, outstanding, and profitability reports.
4. HR & Manpower Management
Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements as per client needs.
Plan and allocate manpower, including mobilization of machines and materials.
Handle new site mobilization and event-based staffing requirements.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and verification.
Support ESIC and EPF compliance processes.
Organize training programs and ensure reporting.
Maintain discipline as per company policies.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend hiring, promotions, or terminations.
Motivate and lead teams to achieve organizational goals.
5. Client Relations & Quality Control
Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong relationships.
Gather client feedback and prepare satisfaction and competitor analysis reports.
Ensure quality service delivery through regular site inspections.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index above 85%.
6. Administrative & Strategic Responsibilities
Monitor operational software usage and compliance.
Handle client documentation and policy-related matters.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Implement cost-control measures to improve profitability.
Be available for emergency operational support as required (24x7 on-call).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
