Specialist Assistant Manager, Go-To-Market
We are looking for a Specialist Assistant Manager to partner with U.S.-based Strategic Marketers—including portfolio and campaign marketers—to help translate business goals into actionable marketing plans. This role involves helping manage campaign components, collaborating with creative and content teams, and overseeing workflows to facilitate brand consistency and timely delivery. You will also handle budget oversight, vendor coordination, and mentor junior staff, with a strong focus on strategic execution and operational excellence.
Work you’ll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, you will translate business objectives into targeted marketing strategies and campaign plans. You will collaborate with Client Account Teams and Research & Insights to refine targeting, integrate competitive analysis, and manage content calendars and workflows for timely, brand-consistent delivery.
In execution, you will coordinate with creative and content teams to help produce assets for digital and offline channels, manage account-based and opportunity-based marketing initiatives, and oversee email marketing calendars, event planning, and paid advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include helping develop briefs, managing deliverables, maintaining budgets, and leveraging marketing platforms to streamline execution, automate reporting, and ensure data accuracy. You will also build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, resolve minor conflicts, and mentor junior team members through feedback and onboarding support.
To measure impact, you will analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to inform future planning. You will maintain dashboards and reporting templates, monitor ROI, and identify opportunities for optimization.
