Job Description: Logistics Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities including stock movement, dispatch planning, transportation follow-ups, courier coordination, and documentation. The role ensures timely delivery of materials, accurate records, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Managed stock control and inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate records.
Handled billing and documentation, coordinating with accounts for timely processing.
Supervised material dispatch operations, ensuring on-time deliveries.
Prepared and maintained delivery challans (SEO) with proper system entries.
Coordinated with transporters and performed transport follow-ups to track shipments.
Generated sales invoices check based on challan receiving and verified documentation.
Confirmed challan receiving and updated dispatch and delivery records.
Managed courier bookings, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
Maintained proper documentation for stock movement and dispatch records.
