Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail sales, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Demonstrate product features, quality, pricing, and available offers.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Assist with billing, customer documentation, and after-sales service.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and security guidelines.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and festive sales events.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: UG DEGREE.
