Job Description

We are looking for a SOC Lead with 6–10 years of experience to lead our Security Operations Center and strengthen our cybersecurity posture.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats while leading a team of analysts. You will define security processes, improve incident response strategies, and ensure the organization remains resilient against evolving cyber threats.

Key Skills

Strong experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) management.
Hands-on expertise with SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel.
Deep understanding of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.
Experience with endpoint security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and cloud security.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in log analysis, threat intelligence, and security monitoring.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily SOC operations, ensuring continuous monitoring and threat detection.
Oversee incident response processes, including identification, containment, and resolution.
Analyze security events and logs to detect potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and playbooks.
Manage and optimize SIEM tools and security monitoring platforms.
Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to strengthen overall security posture.
Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability analysis.
Lead, mentor, and guide SOC analysts to ensure high performance.
Stay updated with the latest threat landscape, tools, and security best practices.
Prepare reports and dashboards for management on security incidents and trends.
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
