We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Executive who can take ownership of organic growth while handling teams and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.
Core SEO Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
* Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
* Oversee on-page SEO including metadata, internal linking, schema basics, and content optimization
* Manage technical SEO activities such as site audits, page speed, mobile usability, crawlability, and indexing
* Execute and monitor off-page SEO initiatives including backlink audits and ethical link-building
* Track and analyze performance using GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
* Prepare SEO reports, insights, and performance dashboards for internal and client reviews
Team Handling & Management
* Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects
* Review team output for quality, accuracy, and SEO best practices
* Provide regular feedback, training, and performance guidance
* Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and extended SEO partners
Cross-Functional & Extended Responsibilities
* Collaborate with content, design, development, and product teams to embed SEO across platforms
* Act as the SEO SPOC for multi-website and multi-vertical projects
* Support website launches, migrations, and redesigns from an SEO standpoint
* Align SEO initiatives with overall marketing, branding, and growth goals
* Stay updated with algorithm changes, AI search trends, and industry best practices
* Contribute to SEO processes, SOPs, and documentation
* Assist leadership with SEO roadmaps, KPIs, and quarterly planning
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
* Experience managing or mentoring small to mid-sized SEO teams
* Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools
* Working knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS
* Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
