The Intern (Accounts Executive) will assist with the day-to-day accounting functions, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales,Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc. in SAP (FICO Module).
- Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions.
- Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner.
- Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month.
- Prepare monthly GST Data, TDS working and return filing.
- Should be familiar with the GST process.
- Well versed with MS-excel and Word and must be good in Pivot table, V-look up,
- Basic knowledge of SAP (FICO Module).
- Should be good at Analysis- Examples: MoM /QoQ or YoY expense spike, reasons and in- depth analysis.
