Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee HR operations for our US staffing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management, aligned with US processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full HR lifecycle for US staffing operations
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for US-based roles
- Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with US labor laws
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Drive performance management processes and appraisals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with leadership to improve employee engagement and retention
- Conduct training and development programs
- Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration for US employees
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in US staffing/recruitment
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in US IT/Non-IT staffing industry
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹25,460.48 - ₹75,400.71 per month
