- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Promote pharmaceutical products and services to distributors, PCD franchise partners, healthcare institutions, and potential customers.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and quotations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Follow up on leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and production teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Prepare and share product catalogs, promotional materials, and company profiles with clients.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up details in CRM or sales databases.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide prompt after-sales support.
- Collect and track payments, outstanding dues, and account status of customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups for order generation and business expansion.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and product knowledge sessions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports for management review.
- Build and expand the company's customer database through market research and lead generation.
