Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, service requests, and investment needs.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant financial products based on client needs and risk profile.
- Ensure timely renewals of insurance and investment products to improve retention.
- Proactively ask for referrals from existing clients and help expand the client base.
- Handle complete onboarding of new clients including KYC, documentation, and product explanation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Keep clients informed about their portfolio, market updates, and relevant opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
