1. Sales Execution
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Take orders from distributors.
- Ensure availability of all SKUs in every active outlet.
2. Market Expansion
- Open new retail outlets and increase product reach.
- Identify potential stores for freezer placement and branding materials.
- Build strong relationships with retailers to increase brand visibility.
3. Distributor Coordination
- Monitor distributor stock, delivery schedule, and market outstanding.
- Ensure availability of POS materials and support for schemes.
4. Merchandising & Visibility
- Ensure proper display of products in freezers and chillers.
- Maintain hygiene and branding standards at outlets.
- Implement marketing activities, promotions, and schemes.
5. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities related to pricing, offers, visibility, and new launches.
- Collect feedback from retailers regarding product performance and customer preference.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily market reports (DMR) with actual visits, orders, and achievements.
- Maintain route plans, beat mapping, and outlet records.
- Report challenges or opportunities to the RSM on time.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
