Position Overview: : As a Purchase Executive for Home Automation Solutions, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring the necessary products and components required for home automation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality materials, equipment, and systems to meet the company's home automation needs. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of home automation technology, and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.

Role / Responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of home automation products and components.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on their ability to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure a steady supply of materials.
- Sourcing: Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and technologies relevant to home automation solutions. Evaluate supplier capabilities and negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable pricing and service agreements.
- Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery dates. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to verify and validate purchase requirements.
- Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining product quality and delivery schedules.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages or excesses. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and tracking of home automation products.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure purchased materials meet established standards and specifications.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and agreements. Generate reports on procurement activities, cost savings, vendor performance, and inventory levels.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the procurement budget, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in home automation technology and the related procurement field.
Qualifications and Requirements::
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role, preferably within the home automation or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of home automation products, systems, and components.
- Proficiency in procurement processes, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in procurement.
Skills & Experience profile:
Must Have: Growth Oriented, Positive Attitude, Excellent Communication, Persistent Follow-up; Experience in selling technology solution (Min. 1 Years).
Good to Have: Aggressive Sales Approach, Computer & Internet Knowledge; Experience in Home Automation or Home Theatre industry. Good Written Communication.
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Degree in Any Specialization / Graduation with relevant experience
