Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Manager - Social Media to shape and elevate the digital presence of both Della Townships and its Managing Director. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury branding, visual storytelling, executive positioning, and audience engagement.
The individual will be responsible for transforming business milestones, industry insights, lifestyle experiences, projects, events, and leadership perspectives into compelling digital narratives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Storytelling & Content Planning
- Build and manage a cohesive content roadmap for Della Townships and the MD's personal brand.
- Develop content themes that highlight innovation, entrepreneurship, luxury living, hospitality, design, and leadership.
- Translate business initiatives, project updates, and brand moments into engaging digital stories.
Production & Shoot Management
- Conceptualize and execute photo and video shoots across properties, events, meetings, launches, and experiential activations.
- Coordinate locations, talent, schedules, and production requirements to ensure seamless execution.
- Capture authentic moments that reflect both the brand's identity and the leadership's vision.
Creative Development
- Produce platform-specific assets including reels, short-form videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes features, founder-led content, and campaign creatives.
- Edit and package content with a strong focus on visual quality, pacing, and audience retention.
- Maintain consistency in tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all channels.
Executive Personal Branding
- Manage and grow the MD's digital presence through thought leadership, business insights, media appearances, keynote highlights, and day-to-day leadership moments.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen credibility, visibility, and industry influence.
- Develop content that humanizes leadership while reinforcing business objectives.
Platform Management & Engagement
- Oversee publishing schedules and channel performance.
- Monitor audience conversations and identify opportunities for meaningful engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, creators, influencers, media partners, and agencies where required.
Performance & Optimization
- Track content effectiveness through reach, engagement, audience growth, and brand impact.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on platform trends, content formats, and emerging digital opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in brand marketing, digital content, social platforms, or personal brand management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, video production, and editorial planning.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent creative tools.
- Experience working with founders, CXOs, public figures, luxury brands, hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle businesses is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
