We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce staff member to manage online sales operations, product listings, customer orders, and marketplace activities. The candidate should have knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing basics, inventory handling, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Handle online orders, returns, and customer inquiries
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory teams
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain product descriptions, pricing, and images
- Track daily sales and prepare reports
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners
- Support promotional campaigns and online marketing activities
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Ensure smooth operation of online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations
- Knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce tools
- Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
