- Monitor and maintain plant machinery, equipment, and utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with production team to minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of plant equipment.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Implement cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement initiatives.
- Supervise technicians and maintenance staff.
