Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Data Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client creates AI solutions for live and social experiences, allowing users to build interactive apps, rituals, and environments that function in real time across devices.
Every role in the project is dual: a founding platform builder first, with data engineering, analytics, and a model-ready signal edge that shapes the platform. As agents take on more execution, the business needs trusted memory: event streams, analytics, governance, and features that stay fast at scale. You'll build the data layer that the platform learns from.
The stack: Rust/Python, high-volume event streams, large column stores (BigQuery-class), analytics, feature pipelines, SurrealDB/R2, and governance.
