Job Summary
Ambrosia – The Classic Bakehouse is hiring Sales & Housekeeping to support daily outlet operations by assisting customers, promoting bakery products, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the outlet. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring attractive product displays, and creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting bakery products.
- Promote, upsell, and cross-sell bakery items and seasonal offers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the billing team during busy hours when required.
2. Housekeeping & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, display counters, dining area, and common areas.
- Ensure washrooms and customer areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene and food safety standards.
3. Product Display & Outlet Support
- Arrange and replenish bakery product displays.
- Monitor product availability and inform the Outlet Incharge of stock shortages.
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum: SSLC / Plus Two/ Diploma/Any graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience
- Experience in retail, bakery, supermarket, hospitality, or housekeeping is an added advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule
- Including weekends and public holidays.
