Position: UI/UX Design Engineer (Claude Code + Figma Specialist)/ Product Designer
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3-5yrs
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site, 5 days a week
We are seeking a UI/UX Design Engineer/ Product Designer to translate AI-generated product prototypes into polished, production-ready design assets. The role involves importing Claude Code outputs into Figma, refining them for visual consistency, usability, responsiveness, and interaction quality, and ensuring seamless developer handoff through well-structured design specifications and systems.

Import live UI outputs from Claude Code into Figma through MCP and convert them into editable design files

Refine screens for layout, spacing, hierarchy, responsiveness, edge cases, and interaction states

Create and improve prototypes, including micro-interactions and flow-level design enhancements

Review coded UI outputs and identify gaps between visual design and implementation

Prepare accurate developer handoff assets through Figma Dev Mode, including specifications, components, and tokens

Maintain and evolve a scalable design system aligned with product and engineering needs

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design stakeholders to support rapid iteration and delivery

Ensure consistency, accessibility, and implementation readiness across all design outputs

3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or design engineering

Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, Dev Mode, and design systems

Familiarity with Figma MCP workflows and design-to-development collaboration

Ability to read and review front-end code, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Tailwind

Exposure to AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals

High attention to detail and ability to bring raw prototypes to production-quality finish

Strong communication and coordination skills

Experience in motion design using tools such as Framer or Lottie

Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG best practices

Experience working with design tokens, component libraries, and scalable design systems
