Your work profile
- Support and lead SAP PS/EPPM implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to project management, portfolio planning, and resource optimization.
- Configure SAP Project Systems (PS) including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), networks, activities, and milestones.
- Support SAP EPPM functionalities including portfolio management, resource planning, and project analytics.
- Configure project lifecycle processes including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and settlement.
- Assist in project costing, budgeting, and revenue tracking with integration to FI/CO modules.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, HR, and PM.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for RICEF developments.
- Participate in testing phases (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), issue resolution, and system validation.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Develop user documentation, SOPs, and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
Key skills required
- 6-8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) and exposure to EPPM.
- Hands-on experience in 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including rollout and support projects.
- Strong understanding of:
o Project Structures (WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones)
o Project Planning, Scheduling, and Execution
o Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Revenue Tracking
o Portfolio & Resource Management (EPPM basics)
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PS/EPPM is preferred.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams.
- Experience in testing, data migration, and support activities.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) preferred.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Prior consulting/client-facing experience preferred.
