We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Head who can lead the agency's revenue growth, build scalable sales systems, and manage client acquisition strategies. The role goes beyond just closing deals â we are looking for someone who can build predictable revenue pipelines, improve client quality, manage sales teams, and align growth with delivery capabilities.

Own monthly revenue targets and sales pipeline growth

Build and optimize the agency's sales process and CRM systems

Manage lead generation channels including cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, and partnerships

Lead and manage the sales team including BDEs and account managers

Conduct sales reviews, pipeline tracking, and performance monitoring

Improve proposal quality, conversion rates, and deal sizes

Ensure proper alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilities

Monitor client retention, upsell opportunities, and recurring revenue growth

Share sales reports, forecasts, and market insights with leadership
