Key Responsibilities: Product Marketing & Lead Generation
- Promote SequrePlus security products in assigned territory.
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, references, and local networking.
- Build relationships with homeowners, shop owners, offices, and commercial establishments.
- On-Site Product Demonstrations
- Visit customer premises (homes, offices, shops, warehouses, etc.) to give live product demonstrations.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and working process.
- Address customer queries and provide suitable security solutions based on their needs.
- Sales Conversion & Target Achievement
- Convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Territory Management & Travel
- Travel within the assigned area as directed by the company.
- Plan daily visit schedules efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer visits and sales activities.
- Product Knowledge & Customer Education
- Maintain complete knowledge of all SequrePlus security devices.
- Explain installation process, usage instructions, and basic troubleshooting to customers.
- Ensure customers understand the safety benefits and proper operation of the product.
- After-Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with installation and service teams when required.
- Ensure smooth handover after sale closure.
- Support in resolving basic customer concerns.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to explain technical products in simple language.
- Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned area.
- Field sales experience preferred (security products experience is an advantage).
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
