Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Inspector with experience in aerospace precision components to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on precision components for aerospace applications.
- Conduct visual inspections and measurements using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
- Report on inspection activities and any deviations from quality standards.
- Perform first article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality management systems.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that products meet design specifications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the aerospace or precision component industry.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques in the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Additional Requirements:
- Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Bidadi, Bangalore.
