Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities across departments.
- Ensure timely follow-up of assigned tasks and drive execution until completion.
- Prepare, circulate, and track Minutes of Meeting (MOM) along with action points.
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedule appointments, and manage the Director's calendar.
- Provide administrative and executive support to the Director.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and business reports.
- Create professional presentations (PowerPoint) for internal reviews and management meetings.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports, trackers, and data analysis.
- Track departmental KPIs and ensure accountability for deliverables.
- Coordinate with department heads to monitor project progress and deadlines.
- Assist the Director in strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Conduct research, gather information, and prepare decision-support documents.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain confidential business information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Handle documentation, correspondence, and other executive coordination responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Executive Assistance, Business Coordination, Administration, or a similar role.
- Experience working directly with senior management or directors will be an added advantage.
