Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Delhi (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers to close business deals.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their business needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
