We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage enquiries, connect with potential customers, and convert social media leads into appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through social media advertisements, online campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain Ayurveda wellness treatments, packages, and services.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a premium customer experience.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up status, and appointment details.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapy teams regarding customer appointments.
- Support customer retention activities and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer relationship management, or healthcare/wellness industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on lead conversion.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems/social media enquiries.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in sales conversion, lead management, or appointment booking.
- Experience in Ayurveda, healthcare, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service industries will be an advantage.
