We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our spice products to retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors. The candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit retail stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly.
* Promote and sell company spice products in assigned territories.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Collect market feedback regarding competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
* Ensure proper product display and visibility at outlets.
* Follow up on payments and outstanding dues from customers.
* Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to management.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification.
* Prior experience in FMCG or spice sales is preferred.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to travel extensively within assigned areas.
* Basic knowledge of sales reporting and customer handling.
* Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
