Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production activities
- Supervise shop floor workers and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor quality of crane components and reduce defects
- Optimize production processes and improve efficiency
- Ensure safety and timely delivery of products
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- Experience in crane or heavy equipment manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of fabrication, welding, and assembly
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
Salary: As per industry standards
Pay: ₹19,655.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
