To enable the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of sales activities and in some cases near link with logistics, and financial operations across EMEA & APAC regions by providing high-quality administrative support, ensuring process consistency, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration that drives commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
Process Execution and Optimization :
CSS should heavily involved in executing key Commercial Processes such as,
- Activities
- Order Offer Creation: Generating accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
- Support EMEA & APAC with Manual offer and order creation
- Validation of internet offers and orders
- Upload offers, orders or invoices on the customer’s portal
- Maintain and update sales record in CRM
- Support Sales Reporting, metrics dashboards and pipeline tracking.
- Analyze and follow up on support activities as per decided KPI .
- Order Processing:
Ensuring that orders are entered correctly to ensure customer
satisfaction after the receipt.
Maintaining accurate customer records, sales data, and other
commercial information in CRM or ERP systems.
While some administrative tasks are involved, these are usually more complex or process-driven than basic clerical duties (e.g., managing customer accounts, handling specific documentation for commercial deals).
- Support any new activities that have a near link with a (new) commercial process.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

- CSS acts as a key point of contact for internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) for addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to commercial ad-hoc tasks, workflows, orders offers or data related projects.
- This often requires a deeper understanding of the product/service, commercial policies, and inter-departmental workflows to effectively diagnose and resolve problems.

KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE
- Desired education level: Bachelor or equivalent by experience
- Number of years in the field: 3-5 years in administrative tasks
