Position Title: Telecaller
Department: Admissions & Customer Support
Location: Kollam, Kerala (New Branch)

Job Summary
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to join our new branch in Kollam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing course information, following up on inquiries, and supporting the admission process. Candidates with Gulf experience will be given high preference.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases
- Introduce REWAQ International Institute courses, programs, and benefits
- Explain course details, duration, fees, schedules, and career opportunities
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable courses
- Follow up with potential leads regularly to convert into admissions
Inbound Call Handling
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to inquiries about courses, admission process, fee structure, and institute location
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or trainer when necessary
- Take messages and ensure they are delivered to the right person
Lead Management
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and received
- Update lead status in the CRM system or Excel sheet
- Track follow-up schedules and ensure no lead is missed
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly call reports with the manager
Admission Support
- Guide students through the admission process step by step
- Schedule campus visits, demo classes, or counseling sessions
- Coordinate with administrative staff for student registration
- Send follow-up emails, messages, or WhatsApp communications
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students
- Address objections and concerns with patience and professionalism
- Collect feedback from callers and share with management for improvement
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and enthusiastic tone at all times
Data Management
- Keep student inquiry databases organized and up to date
- Ensure confidentiality of caller information and contact details
- Assist in preparing call performance reports

Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- Six-day work week with one weekly off
- Timings to be discussed during interview
