Key responsibilities:
- Follow the GMP and Awareness of regulatory Compliance related with engineering functions.
- Responsible for execution of plant preventive Maintenance, Facility maintenance, calibration and Non-routine work at OSD plant over SAP.
- Man power management and resource allocation for routine activity.
- Knowledge about HVAC and utilities
- Monitoring and optimization of energy and utilities
- Assess the requirement of spare required for maintenance and maintain inventory of required spare.
- Monitoring of CAPEX requirement of new projects.
- Analysis of plant breakdowns and initiate corrective measure for prevention, maintain MTTR within the specified limit.
- CAPA, change control and deviation management of engineering department.
- To ensure and update plant maintenance records.
- Ensure the implementation of EHS practice during routine work.
- Coordinate with internal external customer for proper planning/execution of maintenance work and project activities.
- Knowledge about IOT, Digitalization, SCADA , automation.
