Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Developing content calendars, planning campaigns, and aligning social media goals with broader business objectives.
- Content Creation: Writing engaging captions, drafting video scripts, shooting/editing photos or reels, and creating visual assets using tools like Canva.
- Audience Engagement: Acting as the "voice of the brand" by replying to comments, addressing customer inquiries, and managing community discussions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Tracking performance metrics (such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates) and adjusting strategies based on what the data shows.
- Trend Monitoring: Staying on top of viral trends, cultural moments, and platform algorithm updates.
Required Skills
- Copywriting: Ability to write clear, compelling, and platform-specific text.
- Design & Video Editing: Basic proficiency in editing short-form video and image creation.
- Analytical Thinking: A data-driven mindset to evaluate campaign success.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with social media scheduling and management platforms like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
