About the Role
TechMave Software is looking for an experienced Global HR Recruiter (RPO) to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Global Recruitment, Global Staffing, or RPO, with expertise in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for international clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for global client requirements.
- Understand client hiring needs and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean Search, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer discussions, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Global Recruitment, Global Staffing, or RPO.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals, Boolean Search, and talent mapping.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients.
- Strong knowledge of global sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to work in overlapping global business hours, when required.
- Experience hiring across IT and Non-IT roles is an added advantage.
