- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements
- Recommend suitable tyres, batteries, and automotive services
- Handle customer inquiries professionally in-store and on phone/WhatsApp
- Prepare quotations and explain pricing clearly
- Coordinate with technicians for smooth vehicle servicing
- Update customers about service progress and delivery timelines
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback
- Handle complaints calmly and provide quick resolutions
- Support sales targets and promote premium products/services
