About the Role
IPCS Global Solutions is seeking a passionate and experienced Industrial Automation cum Building Management System (BMS) Trainer to join our Mysore branch. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Industrial Automation and Building Automation systems, along with the ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and hands-on training in Industrial Automation and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Train students on PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, DCS, Industrial Instrumentation, Electrical Control Panels, and Industrial Networking.
- Conduct practical sessions on Building Automation technologies, including:
- Building Management System (BMS)
- CCTV
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Intruder Alarm
- Smart Home Automation
- Lighting Control
- ELV Systems
- Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.
- Prepare technical documentation, presentations, lab manuals, and training materials.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation hardware and software.
- Guide students in technical projects, certifications, and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest Industrial Automation, Smart Building, and IIoT technologies.
- Travel to branch locations whenever required for training and technical support.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Building Management Systems (BMS), or Building Automation.
- Prior experience in technical training or the EdTech industry is preferred.
- Certifications in PLC, SCADA, BMS, Home Automation, or Industrial Automation will be an added advantage.
