We are a growing Namkeen Manufacturing Company looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our distributor network, driving primary & secondary sales, and leading the field sales team in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a strong network of Super Stockists, Distributors, and Retailers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales volume and value targets.
- Monitor competitor activities (pricing, schemes) and implement counter-strategies.
- Manage, train, and motivate the team of Sales Officers (SO) and Sales Representatives (SR).
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy market credit limits.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in the FMCG Food/Snacks/Namkeen industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local retail and wholesale market.
- Excellent negotiation and team leadership skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
