The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. The role requires expertise in leveraging current digital marketing tools, trends, and strategies and a strong ability to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to deliver measurable results.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, performance marketing, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage marketing databases and create campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital campaigns against KPIs and ROI goals.
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and A/B tests to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Work with internal teams to design landing pages and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with clients and external partners to align strategies and meet business goals.
- Utilize website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to evaluate customer journeys and optimize user funnels.
- Instrument conversion points and continuously refine marketing strategies based on data.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital marketing tools, providing recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email marketing, social media campaigns, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in white-hat SEO practices and techniques to enhance online visibility.
- Strong creativity with experience in identifying target audiences and crafting engaging campaigns.
- Knowledge of optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
- Solid understanding of website analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Ability to set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns for better ROI.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest online marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with global clients.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing roles with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
