Position: Receptionist
Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform various administrative and customer service tasks. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling calls, maintaining records, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with different departments for client meetings.
- Respond to emails, inquiries, and basic customer queries.
- Manage office files, documents, and front desk records.
- Ensure reception area is clean and organized.
- Assist HR and administration team with daily tasks.
- Handle courier, parcel, and document management.
- Maintain office attendance and basic reporting if required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation Preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Reception or Front Office preferred.
Salary
- Salary negotiable based on experience and communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
