Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
- Source profiles from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview updates.
- Maintain candidate tracking sheets.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
- Assist with joining formalities and collecting new-hire documents.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS accuracy.
3. Employee Engagement
- Support HR in planning team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs.
- Conduct feedback surveys and prepare reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,472.08 - ₹10,000.48 per month
