Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce Foreexcel and its solutions professionally.
- Identify customer requirements and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified appointments for the BDM team.
2. Email Communication
- Send company profile and product brochures to prospects.
- Draft professional follow-up emails.
- Maintain email communication records.
3. Follow-up Activities
- Perform regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Track customer responses.
- Reconnect with interested prospects until meetings are scheduled.
4. Appointment Scheduling
- Coordinate customer availability.
- Schedule meetings for the assigned BDM.
- Share meeting details and customer information with the BDM before the meeting.
5. CRM & Reporting
- Update CRM with call outcomes.
- Maintain accurate customer data.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in telephonic conversations.
- Good email drafting skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Strategic thinking to engage prospects and secure appointments.
