We're Hiring: Senior Data Analyst in Dallas!
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and turn delivery and quality telemetry into actionable decisions for clients and internal operations.
Role: Senior Data Analyst
Location: Dallas, USA (Hybrid)
Experience: 4+ years in analytics, ideally in services or SaaS operations
What you'll do:
- Build client-facing quality and throughput dashboards.
- Run root-cause analysis on accuracy regressions across annotation pods.
- Define and maintain the metric layer used across delivery reporting.
- Partner with sales engineering on data-driven proposals.
Tech We Use:
- Advanced SQL and Python (pandas)
- Power BI or Tableau dashboarding
- Statistical testing and cohort analysis
- dbt and warehouse modelling
- Clear written communication with stakeholders
