Job Type: Full-Time (Field + Office + Site Work)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager / Engineer who can handle complete solar projects from site visit to final commissioning.
This role requires technical knowledge, client handling, and project execution skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Visit & Design
- Visit customer sites and take measurements
- Understand customer requirements
- Design suitable solar systems (on-grid / hybrid / off-grid)
- Prepare BOQ, BOM, and project proposals
Client Interaction & Sales Support
- Meet customers (residential, HNI, and commercial clients)
- Explain solutions and resolve technical queries
- Support in closing projects
Project Execution
- Finalize vendors and contractors
- Plan and monitor installation work
- Ensure timely and quality execution
Government Approvals
- Handle net metering, approvals, and documentation
- Coordinate with government departments
- Apply for subsidies and related processes
Project Completion
- Oversee testing and commissioning
- Ensure smooth handover to customer
- Maintain project reports and updates
Requirements
- Experience in solar project execution (end-to-end)
- Knowledge of system design, BOQ/BOM preparation
- Familiar with government approvals and subsidy processes
- Ability to handle customers and vendors independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred
- Experience with solar EPC companies
- Exposure to residential and commercial projects
- Local experience in Goa is an advantage
