Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Job Summary
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role involves managing appointments, handling patient records, maintaining smooth front desk operations, coordinating with doctors and staff, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Reception
* Welcome patients and visitors politely and professionally.
* Verify patient details and assist with registration.
* Guide new patients regarding clinic procedures and documentation.
Appointment Management
* Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
* Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages.
* Manage daily appointment schedules to minimize waiting time.
Telephone & Communication
* Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
* Respond to patient queries regarding clinic timings, services, and appointments.
* Escalate clinical questions to the dentist when required.
Billing & Payments
* Prepare bills and invoices.
* Collect payments through cash, UPI, cards, or other approved methods.
* Maintain payment records and issue receipts.
Patient Records
* Create and update patient files accurately.
* Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
* Organize consent forms and treatment records.
Front Desk Administration
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Ensure patient forms and stationery are available.
* Coordinate with clinical staff for smooth patient flow.
Inventory Support
* Monitor stock of reception supplies.
* Inform the clinic manager about shortages.
Patient Experience
* Maintain a friendly and courteous attitude.
* Handle patient concerns calmly and professionally.
* Ensure patients have a comfortable experience during their visit.
Required Qualifications
* Graduate (preferred).
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
* Experience with dental or medical software is an advantage.
* Previous experience in a healthcare or dental clinic is preferred.

Working Hours
As per clinic schedule, including weekends or holidays if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
